Sports You Can Play At Home:
Table tennis:
If you have a spare bedroom or a large garage, you may want to order and set up a table tennis at home. As you’ll be surprised at how much energy you’ll be able to exert, playing table tennis. As you’ll be able to dribble and shoot hoops when you’re on your own and play 1 vs 1 and team games, when you have more people around. You’ll also be surprised at how quickly you’ll be able to work up a sweat, playing basketball outside your house.
Baseball:
Depending on the size of your backyard, you may want to play catch or to practice your batting technique in your back yard. If you have a family, it’s well worth teaching your kids how to play baseball as a bonding exercise for your family.
